a brief post of some thoughts

I went to the library last week and i picked up a book, whose author's name was somewhat familiar to me, The Humming Room (by Ellen Potter). As soon as I saw the painted cover I thought "this was done by Jason Chan!"

I don't know why I didn't realize it before. Ellen Potter is that simply amazing author, who wrote one of my favorite books The Kneebone Boy. She write the most awe-inspiring stuff. As you can see below The Kneebone Boy's cover art is also done by Jason Chan.

There's another book, The Girl Who Could Fly (by Victoria Foresester), a heartwarming story, and the cover art is (as ypu've probably guessed) done by Jason Chan. That guy really captures the characters personality, unlike some cover designers who read a paragraph of the description and start doodling random stuff.

cheese puffs

cheese puffs: puffed corn snacks covered in a mix of cheese powders, that makes u think of preschool.

Cheese puffs were the main snack in my preschool. The sat high on the top self were no of us could reach. And when they did feed it to us, it never seemed enough. 

To this day, i shall never share my cheese puffs, to my sisters especially, because they don't deserve to taste the fluffy goodness  and they don't appreciate it anyway. 

  

my little sister's barbies

My little sister and cousin were playing with her barbies, and they were having a party but they didn't have any (not torn-up) dresses. I took some cloth and some clips and here's what i can up with:

gummy bears

i mentioned (a long time ago) that i had bought a jar of yellow gummy bears. Now i shall show u my gummy bears!

Mall world

I found this game on google+ and it's addicting. Mall World is. I can't stop playing it. Apeerantly it's on facebook too.

And this is my mall world person at the moment (cuz when ever i get new clothes i feel like changing)

and this is my store (i've got two floors! yaaaaay!) the first of the stories (clothes department) has a dark-ish theme to it and the floor it all sparkling water-ness, and the second floor (accessories department) is a winter theme.

and since i'm very bored, i shall show u some of my favorite outfits. (i hope i am not boring you...)

I HATE NORI!
it makes me feel sick looking at it or even thinking about it.... i dunno why i'm posting about it.
nori is the seaweed rap for sushi (tastes discusting)
i still remember the the taste, i wish i never gave the stuff a chance.
